Vintage 80s Black Dress Lace Collar Neo Edwardian

Delightful dress that is restrained elegance. Collarless and with light shoulder pads, the shoulders and chest are covered with a white, bib like collar in cut lace, accented with beads. It wraps around to the back of the shoulders. The long sleeves are slightly puffed at the shoulders, narrowing at the wrists which bear three decorative white buttons. The same style buttons serve as closure down the center of the back.
Waist is nipped and defined by a yoke panel while the pleated skirt descends to mid calf. Unlined.
